Ranil Fernando
Co-founder & Chief MSP Officer
Ranil is responsible for overseeing the Digital and Operations strategy and co-owns the strategic growth of MSP through mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Ranil is a top-performing Technology Executive with more than 22 years of experience in Strategic Leadership, Business Transformations, Data Management, and Enterprise Technology Management. A self-starter who leads by example through high personal standards, knowledge, and expertise. Ranil has Global experience with leading digital transformation in Large Financial institutions, Oil & Gas, and Power & Energy companies and also have managed Large Managed Services IT groups with Global Technology consulting companies. He is an entrepreneur and has founded a few start-ups. Ranil is also a Managing Director and Founder of TechAurum, a boutique Microsoft biz app tech consulting company, and also Interactive Capital Partners a Financial advisory firm focussed on Tech Industry. TechAurum is an investor of MiiiMSP.
Ranil is an MBA, ITIL and Fellow of BTM. He was also part of the Director board of CIO association of Canada, Ottawa Chapter. He was corporate ab=ambassador for PMI Southern Alberta. Ranil is bilingual in English/Sinhalese and her French is a work in progress.
Pamela Miranda
co-founder & Chief Growth Officer
Pamela is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and strategic growth of MSP through mergers & acquisitions, partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Pamela is a visionary leader and financial services professional with +16 years of experience, including senior to junior capital (subdebt, mezzanine, equity), leveraged finance, corporate banking, fund operations in hedge funds and private equity, and accounting/audit serving large multinational public companies to mid-market private companies. She is an entrepreneur and has founded a few start-ups. Pamela is also a Managing Director and Founder of MiiCap, a lower-middle market investment firm focused on the beauty & health and MSP industries. MiiCap is an investor of MiiiMSP.
She is a CPA, CA holder and has an honours degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Pamela is also a mentor to women led businesses with Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Growth and Canadian Women in Private Equity. She is a co-founder of the ACG Quebec chapter that launched in 2020. Pamela is bilingual in English/Spanish and her French is a work in progress. Pamela is a proud mom of two young children that have kept her grounded and helped her improve her negotiation skills.
