This is the web site of Miii MSP Corp. (“Miii MSP” or the “Company”). Please also read our Terms of Use.
This policy describes how the Company collects, uses, and shares your personal information.

1. We Respect Your Privacy

Posting business information at this Site or any other web site, requires trust on your part. We value your
trust and pledge to our clients that we will work to protect the security and privacy of any “personal
information” you provide to us and that your personal information will only be used as set forth in our Terms
of Use, and this Privacy Policy. “Personal information” includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail
address, in addition to any other personal information that can be linked to you, personally.
We believe that you have a right to know, while visiting this Site or at any other time, exactly what information
we might collect from you, why we collect it and how we use it. We do not and will not sell or rent your
personal information to anyone. You have the right to control your personal information as you see fit. For
your protection, we do not retain financial information.

This Site may provide links to certain third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to activities
conducted and personal information collected on this Site and does not cover information that you submit
on other websites, even if we communicate with you on those sites. For example, if you post something on
social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, or FaceBook, that information is governed by the privacy policies
on those websites, and is not governed by this policy. Other websites may have their own policies regarding
privacy and security. Subject to our policy on cookies as stated in this Privacy Policy, we will obtain your
consent before allowing the download of any software from this Site, and this Site will not automatically
download any software to your computer system. Once you consent to the initial download of any software,
you may receive automatic updates or patches pertaining to such software. You understand and agree that
any material, including but not limited to, downloaded software, required or automated updates,
modifications, reinstallations or software otherwise obtained through the use of this Site is done at your own
discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or
loss of data that may result from any such material.

For each visitor to this Site, the Site server automatically recognizes the user’s domain name, if any, and
collects the date and time of visit, the client IP address, and referring site. We collect the information above,
as well as e-mail addresses visitors to this Site choose to give us, the e-mail addresses of those who
communicate with us via e-mail, and information volunteered by the user, such as survey information and/or
site registrations, and purchase history. In addition, we receive and may store any information you enter on
this Site or give to this Site in any other way. It may also include any other personal or preference information
you provide to us. It may also include information you submit about other people, for example, the name and
address of a referral.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

The Company primarily uses the personal information that it collects to provide you with products,

Social Networks, Widgets, and Plug-ins: If you use any features made available to you on our website by a
third party it may result in information being collected or shared between us and the third party. For example,
if you use Facebook’s “Like” feature, Facebook may register the fact that you “liked” a product and may

company, our employees, our agents, and our affiliates, to protect the safety and security of our visitors, to

interest. That advertising may appear either on our website, or on other websites

4. How We Protect Your Information

The file containing your personal information is maintained on our servers or those of our service providers
and is accessible by our authorized employees, agents and mandatories who require access in order to
perform their job functions. We realize that our clients and site users trust us to protect their personal
information. We take that task seriously and maintain reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic and
procedural safeguards to help protect your personal information. While we attempt to protect the information
in our possession, no security system is perfect and we cannot promise that information about you will
remain secure in all circumstances.

You have the following choices with how your information is used:
Receiving newsletters and promotional e-mails: You are automatically agreeing to be sent promotional emails when you supply your e-mail on our site. At any time, you can click on the “unsubscribe” link at the
bottom of any promotional e-mail that you receive to be removed from our promotional e-mails.
You may also withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of personal information at any
time, subject to contractual and legal restrictions and reasonable notice. However, if you withdraw your
consent to certain uses or disclosures of your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide
certain of our services.

7. Changes To This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. You should review our privacy policy periodically so that you
keep up-to-date on our most current practices. We will note the effective date of the latest version at the
top of each policy.

• “Cookies” are small bits of information that are placed on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies
remember information about your activities on the site to make your visits to our website more
enjoyable and valuable to you by providing a customized experience and recognizing your
preferences when you visit our website. If you’ve chosen to disable cookies on your browser, some

8. Information from Other Sources:

We may receive information about you from other sources. This may help improve the personalization of
our service to you by providing better product recommendations or special offers that we think will interest
you. Certain stylist and salon information will be publicly displayed.

When contacting consumers for informational, marketing and for commercial purposes, the Company, like
many organizations, may utilize third party service providers for some routine services such as promotional
mailings. In such cases, the Company provides only the information necessary to ensure the service is
delivered and requires that the service provider sign a non-disclosure agreement agreeing to keep the
customer’s information confidential and secure and limiting its use to the purpose for which it was disclosed.
After the service provider has completed the service, the service provider must either destroy the
information or return it to the Company.

Additionally, we do use cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your computer to gather and
keep track of information and help us review traffic patterns and improve the site, and to facilitate your
online shopping and purchasing experience. Although many browsers are set to accept cookies, you can
set your browser to reject cookies, but this may prevent you from using some of the features of the site.
Many of the best features of our website require the use of cookies. Some of these features include: Storage
of items in your cart for purchase at a later date, storing of recently viewed items for purchase at a later
date and providing a more personalized shopping experience based on your past shopping and web
browsing behaviour.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by emailing us at
pamela@miiimsp.com. Requests to remove your e-mail address for our lists may take up to ten days to
fulfill from the date we receive your request. If you supply us with your postal address on-line, you may
receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you
do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the above phone number or by
writing to us at the above address. Requests to remove your postal address from our mailing lists may take
up to eight weeks to fulfill. If you receive postal mail from us during this eight-week period, please disregard
the mail.

Aside from the purposes described above, we will never share your personal information with any other
third parties unless you expressly authorize such disclosure or we have your express permission or under
special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the disclosure is required to prevent
harm or injury, or a perceived physical threat to any individual (such as product recalls, fraud, claims or
other liability) or is required by law, or to comply with valid legal processes (subpoenas, warrants, or in
response to a request from local, state or federal law enforcement officials) as required by law. We may
share aggregated demographic and statistical information with our partners. This is not linked to any
personal information that can identify any individual person.

If we merge with another business entity or substantially all of its assets related to the products or services
that you receive from us are acquired by another business entity, it is likely that customer information will
be one of the assets transferred to the other business entity. In the event of such a merger or acquisition,
we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to the other business entity pursuant to the terms
of this Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain or use personally identifiable information submitted to the site by
children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 years of age has submitted
personally identifiable information to the site, we will not use that information and will immediately delete
the information from its records.
