Founding Partner
Pamela Miranda
Pamela has +20 years of professional services experience and significant executive leadership accomplishments in investing, M&A, banking, operations, finance and accounting. She began her banking career at Scotia Capital. In the community, Pamela is a mentor to women led businesses with Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and a member of the Association of Corporate Growth. In addition, Pamela is very active in her community and has served on several boards in her career. Pamela was a recipient of the global MSP 501 award and a Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I 101) honouree in 2022 by Channel Futures. She is also a member of the Women's Presidents Organization.

Pamela currently serves as CEO of Triella Corp., a private cloud MSP based in Toronto servicing law, accounting firms and other professional service clients across Canada, and portfolio company of MIII MSP.

She received a Bachelor of Business Administration (honours) degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant. Pamela has also received the Innovation Governance Program (iGP) certificate from the Council of Canadian Innovators, to provide board governance in the Canadian technology ecosystem.
